Do you accept returns?
Returns are considered only if the merchandise is not as described in the listing or does not function as described in the listing.
The buyer should e-mail me within 4 days after receipt of the merchandise to discuss a return.
Lack of fit and equipment incompatibility are not reasons for return. Merchandise is pictured and well described in the listing. Measurements are given for clothing and shoes. Computer or other equipment specifications and requirements are stated.
In addition, I gladly answer questions about the merchandise when they are e-mailed too me and even provide additional pictures when appropriate.
Do you offer a shipping discount?
I combine multiple purchases in one shipment and save on shipping costs for the buyer in that way. For fragile and large items, combination of purchases in one large package may not be possible or wise. But in most cases combination can be done for a significant savings to the buyer.
Do you provide gift services?
For a small fee, I will gift wrap the merchandise and mail it to you or your gift recipient. If this service is desired, the buyer should e-mail me for a fee quote. Fee depends on the size of the item.
