Red Wooden Knob Handle
Glass Jar, Metal Lid
The chopper handle has a red wooden knob in excellent condition and bright color.
The metal screw-on lid is yellow with decorations of red and green vegetables. This color scheme was widely used for kitchens and kitchen gadgets in the 1940s and early 1950s.
Around the lid edge are the words: Measuring Cup, Eggs, Celery, Liver, Parsley, Small Vegetables, Nut Meats, Onions.
The lid has color wear, which can be observed in the photo.
The pressed glass jar has molded markings graduated up to 1 ¾ cups. The jar has the ripples and tiny bubbles valued in old pressed glass, but has no cracks or chips.
No maker marks. The glass jar has the number 1 molded into the bottom. The chopping blades are marked Stainless Steel.
